Appearance: Tall and still imposing despite his years, with long graying hair and a neatly trimmed, dignified beard. His shining, pale-blue eyes make him seem a decade younger than he is. He carries himself with deliberate poise, and at times even seems capable of striding into war.
Known Information: The long standing High Lord of Waeldstone, Elandor has sat upon the Throne of Weighted Justice for 63 years. He was the first of the coast’s High Lord’s to join Cade Cafferen in war, and is beloved by his people. Considered extremely pious by most, but perhaps somewhat pompous with his ever present “holier than thou” act. Still, he is beloved by the masses, and celebrated for his fair and generous rule.
Lendsley Aetherian (Bishop)
Age: 72 years old

Appearance: Slender and graceful, with chestnut hair worn in a braid. She has kind, deep-set, hazel eyes, and dresses modestly for her station.
Known Information: Admired by the commonfolk, but often dismissed by the nobilty of the Four Houses, who consider her little more than Elandors “second wife.” Still, the people of Waeldstone revere here as a living saint. Stories of her personally tending the sick during plagues and refusing lavish gifts are widespread.
Riona Aetherian
Age: 66 years old

role: Oathsworn, Former Ruler of dreamrest, Dame, respected Matriarch of the Glorious Lineage

Appearance: Average height and willowy, with light skin, and curly auburn hair that flows to the lower back. Her steel-blue eyes are sharp and assessing. Now in her later years she has grown pleasingly plump and carries herself with deliberate, refined poise. She favors high-necked gowns in house colors.
Known Information: The young sister of High Lord Elandor, Riona is treated with respect and considered to have significant power. While she hasn’t accomplished much on her own, none would dare risk the wrath of her brother. The commonfolk consider her to be fair, but somewhat detached and aloof. “Not one to dance or work beside us. Reckon she’d rather watch us from her reading tower.”
Lartel Aetherian (Ashter)
Age: 64 years old
Nickname: The Wealthy
role: Grand Marshal, Knight of The Righteous Blade, Ruler of Dreamrest

Appearance: Very tall and powerfully built, with dark caramel-colored skin and short, curly flaxen hair that is beginning to silver at the temples. He has rich, expressive eyes and maintains a well-groomed, debonair appearance even when working at the forge.
Known Information: Married into House Aetherian after rising to the top of the House of Merit. Known by most for his wealth and shrewd negotiating, but not considered a “politcal player” by members of the Four House’s Glorious Linegage. Commonfolk consider him harsh, and stingy with advancements throughout the House of Merit.
Taniya Aetherian
Age: 38 years old
Nickname: The Blade
role: Grand Marshal, Knight of The Righteous Blade, Ruler of Dreamrest

Appearance: Lean and athletic, presenting both feminine beauty and power. Her tanned skin is marred with dozens of scars gained while training and on campaign. Striking emerald eyes compliment her curly blonde hair, often tied back in a braid or warrior’s knot. She moves with confidence, grace, and the presence of a seasoned warrior. While no stranger to the finery of court, she prefers her pageantry armor, often with a flowing white cloak embroidered with the emblem of the Righteous Blade.
Known Information: Elandor Aetherian’s neice, and the Grand Marshal of the House. Taniya is considered to be Waeldstone’s strongest knight, and regularly proves it to her doubters. In the last five years she won the Avalayle Grand twice. With her first Miracle she sought to bless the workers of the Shipwright’s Cradle, ensuring Dreamrest’s fishermen had ample harvest. With her second she requested the Gods watch over her ailing daughter Rosealyn, who suffered both illness and injury in the same year. The commonfolk have praised her requests, while members of the other Houses mock her sentimentality. Regardless, few trifle with the Grand Marshal, and Blade of Waeldstone.
Killian Aetherian (Bartelot)
Age: 42 years old
Nickname: The Kind
role: Oathsworn, Master Shipwright

Appearance: Short and broad-shouldered with a powerful, stocky build. He has fair skin, thick black hair that falls to his shoulders, a neatly trimmed thin mustache, and warm green eyes that often sparkle with calculated charm.
Known Information: Born into a house of competent tradesmen, Killian married far above his station. If not for robbing Taniya of her heart when they were teens, he’d have never climbed beyond the House of Merit.” Still the commonfolk consider him to be the epitome of Waeldstone success. “The man worked his arse off to become a Master Shipwright and sailor! His talent and ethic were so pure, it won him the heart of an Aetherian heir! A man straight out of a storybook, he is!”
Dantis Aetherian
Age: 20 years old
Nickname: The Youthful
role: Oathsworn, Sir, Oathling of the Righteous Blade
Quote: “You know, this whole monster crisis nonsense has me thinking… If I’m going to die y oung, I may as well make it legendary. Preferably with a beautiful woman on my arm… or two, if they prefer.”
Appearance: Thin, slender, coiled hair and shaved sides, icy blue eyes. He radiates a playful aura and never seems to take anything too seriously.
Known Information: The son of Grand Marshal Taniya Aetherian, Dantis has recieved the very finest training Waeldstone has to offer. While still too young for major accomplishments, he has already distinguished himself while training with Sir Righteous, and his work performed for the House of Merit. Most nobles consider him a promising but unproven youth, riding on the coattails of his famous mother. The commonfolk appreciate his willingness to bump elbows at the House of Merit, but see him as little more than spoiled boy playing at being a hero.
